Starting tomorrow, Porter Robinson is taking over Los Angeles for three shows as Virtual Self in DTLA…yes…three. Weeks after the first announcement of his Saturday show at the Shrine and sudden second booking of the venue on Thursday, Robinson suddenly announced an intimate extended club set on Friday, February 8th at 1720 Los Angeles. 800 people is all this venue will hold, so Robinson did something to ensure 1/8th of that crowd would be people stoked on the deep dive into his library of favorites:
i knew this would be hard to get into so i bought 100 tickets before it sold out to make sure the people who actually love these sounds can go
please tag someone you know who would love to hear 3 hours of classic trance / hardtechno / jungle / hardcore / speedcore / virtual self https://t.co/B6NBG3h7g5

Robinson has always dedicated his time to his fans throughout his career, but this could be the clearest evidence of that commitment. For those who are dedicated to the sounds of his new project, this is a great opportunity to connect with everyone else in that tribe.
