It’s August, which means the summer part of festival season is heavily under way. For those of us that are international, or able to book a flight across the pond, Creamfields is coming up next in the UK. The lineup, as per usual, is awesome – featuring the likes of Above & Beyond, Afrojack, Duke Dumont, Gareth Emery, MK, Tiesto, and so much more. They already have shows lined up that we’re excited about. Eric Prydz, who just did a wild Tomorrowland weekend 1 show with Holosphere, is doing “VOID,” while deadmau5 is gracing us with Cube v3. But there is more.

“More” includes Swedish House Mafia. The trio, who reunited for Ultra’s 20th anniversary in 2018 in Miami, has been making its rounds on tour this summer, and had a special exclusive show set for the festival. They recently had shows in Sweden, and are coming to the UK next for Creamfields this weekend.

As if this wasn’t enough excitement, the organizers of Creamfields announced that the SHM show is going to make history. How? By being the biggest show in the history of the trio. Swedish House Mafia is ont he lineup for Sunday. The “ARC” stage at the festival is going to be closed the entire day before the SHM performance. Creamfields is dedicating the whole day to the installation of the production. The takeover will then last from 9:15 pm until the closing of the stage.

We have no idea what kind of show we’re getting, but it will definitely be awesome.
