Together As One NYE Festival Announced at Tacoma Dome

Insomniac Events is excited to announce Together As One NYE coming December 30+31, 2023 at the Tacoma Dome in Washington

Insomniac just dropped some major news as they have announced the return of TAO aka Together As One NYE as it’ll be making its grand return to a place we weren’t expecting, the state of Washington. For those unfamiliar with this rave, TAO was once Los Angeles’ biggest NYE festival. It was a joint production by promoters Go Ventures and Insomniac Events through 2010. The last time we saw Together As One hosted as a NYE festival was in 2011 when Go Ventues took full control of the event.

The History of TAO: Rival Los Angeles promoters Insomniac and Go Ventures both had separate New Year’s Eve festivals in 1997 called Encore and Countdown, respectively. In 1998, on the eve of 1999, the two promoters joined to start Together As One at the Expo Park Grounds and LA Sports Arena. In 2011, after creative conflicts between the leaders of the two promoters, Insomniac announced that it would pull out of the partnership. The same year, Insomniac began to organize its own New Year’s Eve concert at the Anaheim Convention Center known as White Wonderland. Go Ventures continued to organize the event on its own for 2011–12. However, the 2012–13 edition was abruptly canceled, with Go Ventures citing unforeseen issues in their attempt to book the Shrine Auditorium for the event.

While this is exciting news, the famed NYE rave isn’t making its triumphant return to LA but rather moving up north to Washington. Yup, that is correct. Insomniac will be hosting Together As One at the Tacoma Dome to ring in the New Year, in perfect harmony.
