Borgeous is the latest artist to play a large show in the middle of a pandemic. At an event called “Lit Lake” at Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri; the organizer’s social distancing practices were not implemented, and video footage reveals a crowd of unmasked people together in a giant cluster. Twitter has sent several cries of disgust to the artist himself, to which the artist did not reply. At this very moment, though, several users are saying he is blocking accounts that tweet negatively at him. Lit Lake is scheduled to hold more shows, though some artists are pulling out after today’s news. The U.S. reported a lower trend of COVID-19 cases as of today, but the new peak in cases and deaths is far from mitigated.
