Major Lazer is finally releasing their coveted remix of The Weekend. The single “Blinding Lights” helped his album Blinding Lights reign at the top of the Rolling Stone top 200 albums chart, and now it has a new take on it that Diplo fans had the privilege of listening to during his Coronight Fever streams. The remix transforms the retro stylings of the original into a chilled out track you could easily put on in the middle of an island party. While it’d have to be a solo island party, the remix knocks nonetheless.
