Katy Perry has released the third track from her upcoming album ‘Witness’ and it features a rap from Nicki Minaj and an opening sample from Fatboy Slim’s 2000 track “Star 69”.

The new track is produced by Duke Dumont, which we all know has dropped some incredible gems over the years such as ‘I Got U’, ‘Ocean Drive’, ‘The Giver’, and so much more

The lyrics of “Swish Swish” sound like a shot at rumored rival Taylor Swift — whose 2014 song “Bad Blood” is long-assumed to be about Perry — and Twitter was quick to take notice.

So keep calm, honey, I’ma stick around
For more than a minute, get used to it
Funny my name keeps comin’ outcho mouth
Cuz I stay winnin’

Some also wondered if Nicki was referencing her past beef with Taylor when she rapped, “Don’t be tryna double back, I already despise you. All that fake love you showin’, couldn’t even disguise you.” (She also might have gotten in a quick jab at Remy Ma too, rapping, “Silly rap beefs just get me more checks.”)

Nonetheless, if you’re a fan of Duke Dumont you’re going to enjoy this house track despite this silly beef between pop stars that no one is going to care about in a month or two. Enjoy the track by listening down below.
