After releasing Skin this past May 2016, Flume is back and more humble than ever as he will be dropping a new EP titled Skin Companion EP this upcoming November exclusively on vinyl only. “I wanted to share some more music that was written around the same time [as Skin],” wrote Flume. Skin marks the second full-length release since his self-titled debut in 2012, marking four years between releases so we’re happy we didn’t have to wait another 4 years for new material from Flume.
I’ve been overwhelmed by the support you guys have shown for Skin over the past few months and I wanted to share some more music that was written around the same time.
The first Skin Companion EP is a 12″ of songs we are releasing in November. It will be available on vinyl at lots of great indie record stores around the world – Rough Trade, Phonica, Turntable Lab, Oye, Amoeba, Juno, Boomkat, Red Eye and many more.
