Kaskade Announces He's Doing A "Fire & Ice Version 3" Album, Drops New Rework Of "Turn It Down"

Anyone who was captivated by Kaskade’s opening track this last EDC can rest assured; they no longer have to revisit the set to hear his epic remake of his own “Turn It Down.”

The single is out today, and it’s the first of many songs to be slowly released in the third version of his iconic “Fire and Ice” album. The release celebrates the 10 year anniversary of the collection of songs coming out. “‘how would this record sound if I made it today?!’ I thought. Over the last 4 months I put it together and I am stoked on how it turned out,” he says. Considering the slew of Melodic Techno he dropped during this same set at EDC Las Vegas in October, it stands to reason the arrangements he’s cooked up for this new release will carry his take on this newly popular style of Dance Music.
