Shiba San powers through 2019 with his second release of the year, out now on Steve Lawler’s VIVa LiMITED. The Some More EP is a two-track collaboration with fellow Frenchman and protégé Tim Baresko. It is the follow-up to their massive 2018 single “All I Need.” The A-side, “Some More”, is an incredibly groovy, yet hard-hitting track that features an infectious topline from Solo Tamas. “Kumbaya” is an edgier tech-house banger that has become a mainstay in both Shiba San and Tim Baresko sets over the past 6 months.
In addition to their new EP, the pair just wrapped up their wildly successful “Parlez-Vous Français” spring tour that saw them selling out rooms across North America. The next few months will see Shiba San playing shows in Europe, South America, and a slew of North American festivals, including headlining slots at Paradiso, Spring Awakening, and Lightning in a Bottle.
