Skrillex’s Never Before Seen “Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites” Music Video Surfaces

For a certain segment of the population, Skrillex was the first artist to bring dubstep to the mainstream. His first EP “Scary Monsters And Nice Sprites” and the title track was a masterpiece that had everything. Well, almost everything, even though “Scary Monsters And Nice Sprites”shot to the top of the charts, Skrillex never released a music video for it until now.

The video itself is actually a pretty striking. It tells the story of a sprite who finds some red crystals but is then chased by a gigantic monster. The music and the action sync together perfectly so that the drops coincide with whatever is going on in the video. Its such a good visual that Skrillex has actually incorporated parts of it into his shows over the years.It may have taken him six years to release this visual, but its better late than never.
