From postponement to cancellation Tomorrowland will not be opening its doors in 2020. The festival will be postponed to the summer of 2021. Between different Belgian authorities the ruling of whether the festival should go from postponement to cancellation finally went through. However do not be too disappointed, the 2021 dates will be July 16-18 and July 23-25 which gives the festival more time to prepare. Anyone who purchased a ticket for 2020 should be expecting an email with transferring or refund information. Although unfortunate that coronavirus has taken this year’s festival away, let this be a reminder of how important it is to stay at home and help flatten the curve so that we can soon all get back to our safe and healthy lives.

“We sincerely hope that you, your family, and your friends are all doing fine in these challenging times.

We communicated that we would be in touch by March 31st. In the meantime, the circumstances have been changing constantly as a result of the worldwide COVID19 pandemic. At this stage we are discussing all options with all the various parties to find a proper solution. As these are extraordinary circumstances this is taking longer than expected.

The moment we have more definite information, we will contact you personally by e-mail. Further feedback will certainly take several weeks.

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.” – Tomorrow official statement
