Hakkasan Group is partnering with renowned architecture firm Rockwell Group to help redesign the famous Vegas pool party Wet Republic, including 10 new cabanas and 12 new VIP bungalows. The renovation also includes an expansion of the artist performing area, two plunge pools that hit 100 square feet in width, and a 4000 square foot LED screen with an interactive cube to provide stunning visuals, including a 13-foot interactive, pixel-mapping cube. Workers are also installing the same sound technology used inside Omnia Nightclub.

Soundwise, you’re in for a treat; Wet is hauling in L-Acoustics Kara and ARCS II speakers. These are speakers already used at Tomorrowland and Coachella, so we can’t wait to have the same quality here on the remodel’s debut during the summer season 2020.

“Wet Republic is a renowned daylife leader not only in Las Vegas, but around the world,” said Derek Silberstein, executive vice president of nightlife for Hakkasan Group. “Our reputation is anchored by crafting remarkable experiences for our guests. The revamp of Wet Republic and its impressive new offerings allows us to continue to do so on an unprecedented level.”

The lineup of artists already includes Tiësto, Zedd, Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki and Illenium. One of the goals of the overhaul is to deliver clearer sight lines from any angle in the venue, said Krystle Anttonelli, a Hakkasan spokeswoman.

Tickets to Wet Republic’s summer party series go on sale Feb 4.
